Josie now offers facilitated sessions for teams looking for structure, accountability, and an outside perspective at a more accessible investment. She helps keep the team focused, the conversation moving, and the details organized throughout the day.

EOS® Scribe Support for Self-Implementing Teams

You run the meeting. We'll handle the documentation.

Self-implementing EOS can work—but someone still has to capture everything happening in the room.

Josie provides dedicated EOS scribe support for Leadership Teams that are self-implementing EOS and want to stay focused on the conversation instead of worrying about documenting the meeting.

While your team runs the session, Josie works alongside you to capture the information coming out of the room and keep your EOS software updated in real time.

Scribe Support Can Include

  • Entering information into your EOS software during the session

  • Capturing Rocks, Issues and To-Dos

  • Documenting decisions and key outputs

  • Managing information from the whiteboard

  • Keeping the team's EOS tools organized throughout the meeting

  • Allowing the person leading the meeting to actually lead the meeting
